Somatic groups offer a space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and explore how our nervous system responds to stress, emotion, and connection.

Through gentle body-based practices, participants learn to notice sensations, cultivate awareness, and develop tools that support regulation, resilience, and presence.

These groups are not about “doing it right,” but about listening to the body with curiosity and care. Each person is invited to participate at their own pace, with practices that may include grounding, movement, breath, and moments of reflection.

Below you will find the different circles and practice groups currently offered. Each has its own focus, from nervous system regulation to embodiment and ongoing somatic practice. Groups vary in focus, from introductory nervous system regulation practices to deeper embodiment exploration and ongoing somatic practice communities.

Participants are always invited to move at their own pace in a respectful and supportive group setting.
